Crazy Busy Autumn

These last few months have been super busy. We ended our summer in Colorado at the YMCA of the Rockies with our Swenson family. It was fun to see everyone. We all spent the week in this cozy little cabin. The girls loved playing with their cousins and I loved seeing my parents and brothers and sisters.

The girls enjoyed hiking, zip-lining and riding horses with cousins.

When we returned home the girls started school. J is starting her second year in Pre-School, and S is now a First Grader. They were both excited to start the new school year. It will be nice having S at school with me. I see her often at recess and lunch.

We also decided it was time to buy a house. We like the community we live in so we found a new house in a quiet gated community that has access to a pool. The girls were so excited to have a swimming pool near by, but moving meant we spent lots of time packing and then unpacking. Like I said, we have been very busy.

We did take time out of our busy life to visit the pumpkin patch. S had a hula performance at the pumpkin patch and after she performed we looked for the best pumpkin.

The last part of our busy crazy autumn was that J got a hair cut. It looks so cute on her, but I think it makes her look a little older. She thinks it makes her look like her mom.
We have been busy, but happy. We hope you are too.
