Fun times in New Jersey

Alstede Farms
We went to New Jersey to visit our family. One of our favorite places to go to is Alstede Farms.

The girls enjoyed feeding the animals.

Juliette loved the bunnies.


Afterward we had an ice cream treat.


Crater Lake
Another day my mom took us to the Delaware Water Gap to a lake called Crater Lake. The girls had so much fun we went back there with Steve when he came into town.


Sienna stayed in the water the whole time.




Chester Park
We enjoyed the park with cousins Hayden and Kapri.


Even Papa was able to spend the day with us.

Fun 4th of July treat

I love summertime fruit. We have had so many good blueberries and strawberries. Today in celebration of the 4th of July we decided to make a red, white and blue treat. It was a hit!

Huntington Beach - Mother's Beach

This week went to visit a friend in Huntington Beach. We spent the afternoon at Mission Bay. It was great because there were no waves and the girls could wade into the water. I realized though that we are going to have to go to the beach a couple more times before we beach camp this summer. Both girls did not like the feel of sand on their feet and did not want to be "dirty."








That evening we had a picnic in the backyard. We roasted hot dogs and had s'mores.

We had so much fun picking blueberries, and they tasted so good,

we decided to take daddy back.





We went with our friends too.

Blueberries

I went with some friends from church to a cute little blueberry farm. The girls had so much fun filling their buckets with blueberries.Sienna kept saying "This is so much fun I want to bring daddy here." We will definitely come back.













The best part was sitting in the back of our car and eating the berries!
