Berry picking and Boston

One of the days we were able to go blueberry picking. It was a hit! My girls loved finding (and eating) the blueberries. They were pros, since we have done it already this summer. Sienna informed me that we had to find the blue ones, not the purple ones.

The next day we went to The Boston Children's Museum with Julia and her family. The bubble room was a hit! Notice the bubble that Ali and Juliette are standing inside.

Ali and Sienna got lost in the amazing three story maze.


They made a movie with Aurther.


And they drove in a sports car. I don't think Josh left the car much. He was so happy to sit there and drive.




My mom and dad drove all the way into Boston to pick up the kids,


so we could enjoy a date night in Boston. Julia looks good in this picture. You would never guess that she spent the night sick as can be. It's too bad, cause Steve and I enjoyed our night. I love Boston. It is my favorite city.

Picture day

I love taking pictures. I have to admit, between my mom sisters and myself we had thousands of pictures. Friday was the day we decided to take family pictures. We took pictures of my parents with all the grand kids and surprisingly they cooperated. These are some of my favorite shots of the day.

Happy Birthday Juliette

Our baby girl just turned two. She is feisty and sweet. Her favorite thing to say these days is "I HAD IT FIRST," even if she didn't have it at all. She loves her baby dolls, her silkies and her nighttime sleep. She is trying to get rid of her afternoon naps but I am fighting that. She loves her big sister and even thinks she is four. We have been working on saying "I am two." We love our little girl.







We celebrated Juliette's birthday while camping at the beach. We sang Happy Birthday twice and she practiced blowing out her candle while we waited for Grandma Judy. She thought it was so much fun she has continued to say "Happy Birthday to me!"




On Juliette's actual birthday we went to Disneyland. We had fun and got to ride on the new Ariel ride. As we drove home we stopped at the store and I let Juliette pick out her birthday cake. This is what she chose, the kitty cat cake.






Last month i found this cute doll crib and dresser set at a garage sale. (Check me out mom and sistas) It was a little beat up and painted hideous colors, but with a little TLC and paint it turned out cute.

Fun times in New Jersey

Alstede Farms
We went to New Jersey to visit our family. One of our favorite places to go to is Alstede Farms.

The girls enjoyed feeding the animals.

Juliette loved the bunnies.


Afterward we had an ice cream treat.


Crater Lake
Another day my mom took us to the Delaware Water Gap to a lake called Crater Lake. The girls had so much fun we went back there with Steve when he came into town.


Sienna stayed in the water the whole time.




Chester Park
We enjoyed the park with cousins Hayden and Kapri.


Even Papa was able to spend the day with us.
