Back Yard fun

I love my girls! I love Sienna's sweetness, Juliette's spunkyness. We went out to play with bubbles and enjoy the cool windy evening.

Birthday Party

For Sienna's birthday we went to celebrate at Grandma Judy and Grandpa Donnie's house. Sienna asked for spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and pink strawberry cake. (I think she mostly wanted pink cake).

Sienna and Juliette only let me take pictures for so long and then they start getting silly.

We brought Sienna's friend Araia along. They have been best buddies since birth.

The cake was a hit.

Sienna turned 4 today. She was so proud to let everyone know that she was 4.

Sienna was able to meet Ariel today on her birthday. She was so excited (and a little nervous).

Splash Park

We are back in Southern California, where it is warm enough to play in the sun and water!

Another fun day with cousins

On another day we went up to the mountains. We found an all you can eat pizza buffet that Joyce is excited to bring her older boys to. We also walked around the mountain lake. We were going to try to walk all the way around, but Sienna and Blake stopped every couple of feet to throw rocks and dirt into the water. Juliette wanted to be apart of the fun too.

We only were able to walk partway around the lake. When we came to a bridge we stopped to make a wish at the wishing rock. Blake immediately went over and started to climb up the ledge. I was not to surprised when two seconds later Juliette followed.








Here is the wishing rock. Sienna wished that she could play with a unicorn, and ride on a dolphin. Her wishes made me smile. I think they are similar to what I wished as a child.

Our visit in Colorado

Last week my girls and I went to visit my sister Joyce and her family in Colorado. We had so much fun and enjoyed being with family. On the first day we were there Joyce took us to the Denver Botanical Gardens. It was a beautiful day and we walked around the different gardens. The lakes and pools were the hit of the day. Joyce and I enjoyed watching them get excited playing in the water, but we were a little scared that we would end up with someone falling in. We got lucky and everyone stayed dry.

Later that day we went to a nearby park with the younger kids.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter! We are enjoying our Easter in Colorado with my sister Joyce and her family. This morning we woke up to find that the Easter Bunny found us here. The girls were happy with their Easter Baskets and couldn't wait to break into their stash of candy.

After church we drove by the Denver Temple. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers and walking around the temple grounds. It was a good way to spend our Easter afternoon.




Sienna is so happy to be with her cousins. I haven't heard her laugh as much as I have this weekend.
